In-Season Performance Training

Youth Football In-Season Performance Training (5th & 6th Grade)

Give your child the advantage! Come In-Season strength train exactly like they do in the NFL and major college football!

  • In-Season Performance training will give your child proper performance training to improve strength, power, and aid in injury prevention all while competing in a rigorous football season.
  • Small class size allows individuals to get special attention and the class is designed to teach in detail how to properly train effectively for maximum performance.

This class specifically focuses on teaching and developing the areas of:

  • High velocity power – be explosive
  • Strength – be strong and healthy
  • Flexibility – be resilient and healthy

Each class will include the following:

  • Detailed teaching on proper preparation and warm-up and flexibility before each lifting session
  • Detailed teaching on proper body positioning and stability through core training
  • Plyometric Training
  • Strength Training
  • Flexibility training that will enhance technique and help prevent injuries

Strength Training workouts will target specific lifting techniques in the big 4 movements to
maximize learning time and solidify technique

    ages 11 – 14 (those going into 6th grade through 8th grade).
  • Programming offers a step-by-step opportunity to improve relative strength, power, flexibility,
    speed and injury prevention and management.
  • All lifting and training techniques are taught in detail and coached at the individual athletes pace
    of learning and development.
  • Our focus is on complete programing with total attention to detail.
  • We believe that the biggest opportunities for athletic and health improvement lie in the
    CONSISTENT and professional emphasis on strength training.
  • Every athlete will experience an unmatched level of training that is focused on physical
    development, character development and accountability.
  • Every athlete should leave each workout with an understanding of the physical objective and the
    importance of consistency, commitment, and dedication to reach maximum results.

  • Our focus is on complete programing with total attention to detail.

Improving movement efficiency through extensive training of speed and agility is crucial to any athletes overall development, performance, and injury prevention.

Training focuses on the mastery of movement through speed and agility drills taught with extensive technique that compliments athletes of all sports and abilities.
